1.Every Ordinance that has been proclaimed, both the houses within 6weeks of the commencement of their session should give their approval, this way no ordinance can remain in force without the approval of the Parliament more than 6months and 6weeks.
1. प्रत्येक जारी किया हुआ अध्यादेश संसद के दोनो सदनो द्वारा उनके सत्र शुरु होने के 6 हफ्ते के भीतर स्वीकृत करवाना होगा इस प्रकार कोई अध्यादेश संसद की स्वीकृति के बिना 6 मास + 6 सप्ताह से अधिक नही चल सकता है
